Having the right tool in the kitchen is equivalent to your partner having the right tool in the garage! This is something that my husband has really taught me. Quality makes all the difference. But before I go any further, please don’t be intimidated and feel that you must have a particular piece of equipment in order to make a dish or in working with raw foods. There are always more economical ways doing things, they may be a little more work but they are all doable.
