Good evening!

This site requires a hard hat since it is under construction.  I am in the process of relocating my site from iWeb to WordPress.

So please be patient as we work out all the bugs and fine tune the details of this site.

Thank you so much, Amie Sue

I have had the pleasure of tasting a number of Amie Sue’s raw desert delights and all I can say is that she is a genius! Yummy, yummy, yummy!

    Dear Amie Sue,

I am truly a wealthy man because I keep getting to taste all of your amazing raw food when I’m in town. There is no doubt in my mind that, if you wish, you will become a billionaire through marketing these amazing products. Even your website has class.

I’ve had your crackers, deserts and now your granola. This is the best thing since The Mac.

    All the best,
    Bill

    Dear Amie-Sue,
Thank you for all your “délicieuses” and amazing recipes and pictures, you share with the world. Your web site is just breathtaking and I love to visit it and to recommand it to my friends. I hope to get the chance to meet you one day like my friend Jana I met two week ago.
I just wanted to know of if you take fresh wheatgrass juice like lot’s of people in the rawfood scene?
Plenty of my friends ask me to prepare for them and the results are always great for all kinds of issues and any way, it is so healthy for our body, that’s why I drink it almost every day.
Best regards and love from the white snowy Geneva lake, Anne-Marie

Good morning Anne-Marie, I am sorry that it has taken me a bit to respond to your comment here. I got buried in my emails. :) Thank you for your kind and generous words. :) And for sharing my site with others. It is all about spreading the support to help other eat healthier! Jana is a sweet sweet woman, it was a pleasure to meet her and who knows, my husband and I just might end up in your area for a visit. We sure do talk a lot about it. :)

I don’t drink wheatgrass on a steady basis but I go through phases where I do. Years ago, when I went to culinary school, I cut my nail off completely on my first day of knife class. I ended up soaking that finger in wheat grass every day for weeks and that nail healed so quick and grew back normal. :) That is my testimony to wheat grass. lol Not to long after that, I over dosed on it, at my own fault and it took me quite a while to bring it back into my diet. I am glad that you and friends find it so nurturing to your bodies. Keep it up!

Have a wonderful snowy day Anne-Marie. hehe amie sue
