Oldfather-Farms-126Good day everyone, I am sure that by now you have seen the Donate Button in our main menu.

Nouveau Raw and the wonderful people that I come in contact with through it, are such an amazing  blessing in my life.  Just like most  recipe / teaching blogs Nouveau Raw started out with one recipe and one subscriber.  Today, I share my heart and my passion for healthier eating with over 14,000 subscribers and more than 600,000 page views a month!  We even had to move to a different (and of course more expensive) server to support all this traffic.

I share my recipes and experiences, answer every comment that comes through, take on challenges in creating “healthified” dishes when readers make requests, and spend endless hours doing research.  I do all of this with the greatest joy and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to spend time with like-minded people (like you!).

Throughout the years numerous people have asked me if there was some way to contribute financially to my site.  We finally decided to create the “donate button” for those of you who wish to express their appreciation through a donation.    Please do not feel any obligation to make any kind of donation at any time.  I provide all that I do, to simply help  you lead a happier, healthier life, one recipe at a time.  This is a truly labor of love for me.  If however you do wish to contribute I greatly appreciate your kindness.

Another way that you can support Nouveauraw.com is by purchasing items through my Amazon store.  Everything you buy there will return some of their profits to me and my blog, without any extra cost to you.     If you are going to buy anything through Amazon and get there through the link below, or through my store,  I will get a small commission on that sale as well.

Thank you again for thinking of me.  Much love, amie sue :)

Tried to donate but it insisted on paypal which I haven’t used in ten years and I don’t have an alternate email address, so it wouldn’t let me do it. After all that :( Sorry! I love your website and your generosity and wanted to show my appreciation. Sorry!

    • amie-sue says:

Not to worry Ludia. :) Right now it is just set up with Paypal. You have been a wonderful part of Nouveau Raw and that shows me your appreciation so consider yourself hugged and have a blessed day. :) amie sue

Amie Sue – It is an honor to be able to make a small contribution and somehow say thank you for all of the joy and entertainment that you bring to us through your recipes! I have to confess that a large portion of that 600,000 hits per month is me, just reading your stories, recipes and ogling the gorgeous pictures. Thank you SO much for sharing your creativity and being such an inspiration!

    • amie-sue says:

Amie Sue is the most gorgeous, qualified, generous, artistic, creative, dedicated raw food chef on the planet. Did I say CREATIVE? She shares everything with no expectations of anything in return. Having gone to school with Amie Sue, she entered to learn and exited to serve the world with her beautiful gifts! We are all so lucky! Thank you Amie Sue!

    • amie-sue says:

That was not a paid endorsement by Diana. hehe Gosh Diana, thank you so much. That really touched me and I appreciate your loving and encouraging words. :) You have always been dear to heart and I am so thankful that our paths crossed during culinary school (way back then! where do the years go?!) I hope all is well. love and hugs, amie sue

I was looking your donation area before, but I couldn’t find it. Now I am happy that you have it! May I know a little more information about your new server fee? It charges you monthly, annually or once and how much for this time about server updating if you like to tell me. Your answering will help me to arrange my donation to you within a few receivers and choose “One time” or “Automatically per week/month”.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

      Good evening Sherrie,

My web-site is hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Serves) which is used due to the photographically intensive website that Nouveau Raw is. This costs approx. $500 a month. A programmer is also paid several hours a month to help me maintain the software (upgrades plug-ins, works on the “bugs” in which I don’t understand or can’t tackle, etc). Thank you very much for even considering contributing a donation. :) Have a blessed evening, amie sue

    Dear Amie-Sue,

I have a ‘raw’ question and as there’s no general contact for you, I’m trying a blog comment- I hope that’s ok.
My 6mth old has terrible food allergies (dairy, egg, wheat/gluten). I have found that because these restrictions also apply to me while breast feeding, I’ve been following a progressively vegan diet that is about 50/50 raw and love your recipes and food ideas. I am trying to find (or create) a teething rusk recipe that is safe for bub, either baked or dehydrated. My most recent attempts have been quite unsuccessful and was hoping you might have some ideas or suggestions? Particularly around base ingredients that will go hard but will soften gradually when gummed/chewed. Up until recently I’ve been using cold celery and carrots, but now as his teeth are coming through he’s breaking bits off which I’m worried about him choking on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
