I love finding recipes that I can add to the weekly menu, and this is one of them.  It is creamy, smooth, light, fruity and very filling.   If you are new to using chia seeds, they are amazing.  Not so much in taste, in fact, they don’t have any taste.  But they benefit the body by delivering maximum nutrients with minimum calories, promotes digestion, and energy. One of the amazing characteristics that make chia so unique is the fact they absorb up to 10 times its own weight in water. This helps to prolong hydration within the body and also slows digestion…
