raw vegan Fish Tacos are crunchy and delicious

~ raw, vegan, gluten-free ~

I created this posting to be a visual inspiration for when you are looking for a lunch or dinner idea.  The recipe posted is the same as the raw “fish” sticks. You can use whole leaf lettuce as a “taco shell, ” or you can make your own crunchy tacos (here).

Hey, come over for vegan fish tacos!

Haha, yea, I know… sounds really odd doesn’t it? Explaining to someone that I made Raw Vegan “Fish” is just downright funny.  The perplexed look on their faces says it all.  If you are new to raw foods, the ingredient that I used to create that fishy taste is kelp, which is a seaweed.

Kelp is a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, and E, as well as minerals including zinc, iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper and calcium.  In fact, it contains the highest natural concentration of calcium of any food – 10 times more than milk!  Kelp does a body good!

So load up on these wonderful tacos. Have a blessed day, amie sue
