This selection of recipes is dedicated to my Aunt Wendy. :)  Add greens to any of these recipes!  Bananas are wonderful for covering the taste of greens if you have a hard time getting it down.  But make sure your bananas are ripe, this is when your body can really digest them.  I let the bananas really ripen and then freeze them.  I peel them and wrap in plastic wrap individually.  This makes it easy to always have ripe bananas and makes the smoothie and cold.  Just an idea. :) So let the fun begin…. ******************************************* Sweet & Sour 4…
