Coconut Bark is a wonderful treat to make that takes no time, uses simple ingredients, and is very nutritious! Please keep in mind that all of these bark recipes need to be kept in the freezer due to the coconut oil softening if it warms up to 76 degrees. Coconut is knowing for its healing properties and I encourage you to read up on it and make it part of your diet. Also, I am using stevia as my main sweetener in these recipes.
