Well here it is…one of my favorite cookies. One of the best recipes I have yet to come up with for a cookie. A crowd pleaser! An award-winning recipe! An “eat your heart out Martha” cookie…. The Mystery Cookie
Sigh….
I lost my recipe. lol Ya just gotta love it when that happens!! It’s not the first time this has happened to me and I am sure it won’t be the last either. So, for now I will savor each morsel until they are gone. Shed a few tears as we may never meet again and cherish the memory of this amazing cookie as I look deep into it’s very essence that I have caught in time through photo-imagery. Even though the genetic DNA ingredient list is gone (poof), I owed it a photo shoot. A tribute to its short time it spent on my kitchen counter and within my belly….
Sigh…
I do know a little bit about this cookie. It comes from a strong heritage that is greatly influenced by mint colonies, coconut clans, it has a sweet disposition that has been passed down through many generations of the agave family. I am pretty sure that it is stout with the family origin of the mighty “oat” family with a few personality traits of salt and cinnamon. The rest remains a mystery!
Good-bye….cookie love of my life…sniff sniff
Oh, you’re breaking my heart! It sounds soooo good…and I just bet you could put it together again without the recipe – you’re such a great natural chef. Please for our sakes…you must try!
