Well, here they are… my sweet little Dixie Pops, but there is one thing missing… can you guess what it is? Yep, the popsicle sticks! This is what happens when you have to many recipes going at one and I get distracted. I set them in the freezer to set up just a bit so the stick would stand upright… forgot! Now they are sweet little desserts that you can eat in a bowl. :) One has to be flexible in this business. haha In a bowl, on a stick, on a flip-flop, it’s all good!
In the blender combine the nogurt, peanut butter, almond milk cream, stevia and salt. Blend until mixed well. Taste, add more stevia or desired sweetener if needed.
In the blender combine the nogurt, strawberries and stevia. Blend until mixed well. Taste, add more stevia or desired sweetener if needed.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. I used 3 oz plastic Dixie cups. Alternate the batters. The first layer being strawberry. These Dixie cups are perfect for portion control and they pop right out after being warmed in hand for about 10 seconds. Tap each cup on the counter top to work out any air bubbles.
Slide small popsicle sticks in the center, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on the top, cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer overnight or until frozen.
