Well, this was one interesting dish. Quinoa & Goat Cheese Side Dish has a real hearty flavor as it melds with the raw goat cheese. I didn’t have raisins on hand so I used up my Craisins, which worked beautifully. The goat cheese really adds some depth to the dish. At first Bob said it was good, but couldn’t identify 100% how he felt about it. Then he wanted more, then more and then again asked for more. He said that he really really liked it the more he ate it. Before I knew it he ate it all! lol

How do you make raw goat cheese? I did not see a recipe for this in the raw cheese recipes section. Your recipes are awesome. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome raw recipes.

The raw goat cheese was purchased from the Farmers Market. It wan’t a nut-based, “goat cheese”. Have a wonderful week. amie sue
