“Egg” Salad Stuffed Tart (raw, GF, vegan)

This recipe mashup turned out egg-cellent, if I do say so myself.   It is the nothing fancy, nothing egg-stravagant, home style comfort dish.  I am always sharing egg-samples of meals that can be created by combining different recipes.   This one is egg-ceptional!  Eating healthy can be egg-citing!  I promise you and with all the amazing options that are out there, you no longer have an egg-cuse. :)

Never be afraid to egg-speriment… recipe mashups are not meant to be followed egg-actly… they are here to give you inspiration… a way to egg-pand your daily menus.   Take the ordinary to egg-strodinary!  Read through these recipes as a way to egg-sericise your culinary muscles.

Well, I guess it is time for me to egg-sit.  This was egg-hausting! lol



  • Fresh greens
  • Sprouts
  • Cherry tomatoes


  1. Lay a bed of greens inside of the tart.  This will create a barrier between the “egg” salad and crust.  This way things won’t get soggy.
  2. Then spread a healthy dose of “egg” salad into the crust.
  3. Top with sprouts, maybe some sliced cherry tomatoes and Enjoy!
