Sun Warrior Banana Smoothie

FavoriteLoadingAdd to favorites

This morning I was so excited to make my smoothie that I forgot to add one of the main ingredients that I was really was having a taste for.  Grapefruit!  I was excited because yesterday I got some sample packages of Sun Warrior Protein (Raw Vegan) Powder. I have been wanting to try this for a while now but I couldn’t bring myself to buying a huge package of it not knowing if I can even handle the taste.  So many times in the past I have bought protein powders, spending a chunk of money on them, only to bring them home to find out that I can’t stand the taste.  I dislike wasting money like that.  So, I sent an email to Sun Warrior asking them if they had some sample packages of their protein powders that they could send me.  Within an hour I heard back from them letting me know that they just put some in the mail for me.  Two days later I received them!  Wow, now that is customer service.   So today, I added some of the vanilla flavored protein powder to my smoothie and to be honest I like it.  I have a sample package of chocolate and natural flavor, so I will wait and see which one I like the best before I buy it.  But so far I am impressed.

  1. Blend water and spinach in your blender first.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. **I add a handful of ice to my smoothies too.**

Tip to always remember!
