Almond Ricotta Cheese

This recipe is raw, vegan, gluten free and dairy free!  In the above picture I used the Almond Ricotta Cheese in my Living Lasagna recipe.

Ingredients for Almond Ricotta

  • 1 cup almond cheese
  • 2 Tbsp light miso
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of white pepper

Preparation of the Ricotta

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.  Mix well and set aside.

    I would love the recipe for the photo above it looks delicious. I used to make my own dairy ricotta and miss it a lot after I switched to raw. Thanks for all of the recipes and I signed up yesterday for the e-mail delivery.
