This recipe for This Almond Dark Chocolate Bar can be made in 10 minutes…click here and find out how! can be made in less than 10 mins.!  Seriously, it is so easy to make and makes a wonderful treat when you have unexpected guests.  Also, home-made chocolates can make mouth-watering gifts for your loved ones.  You can really personalize this recipe to show someone who you had them in mind when you made this creation.  I plan on playing around a lot with raw chocolates and as I do I was post them individually.

Adding flavored oils or extracts:

Adding spices:

  1. You will need to melt the cacao butter and coconut oil prior to starting this recipe.  Place jars in a large bowl and pour boiling water over the containers.  It will take 5 – 10 mins to melt it.  Both ingredients are in solid form at room temp.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and whisk together.  Be sure to work out any small lumps.
  3. Lightly grease the pan or form with coconut oil prior to pouring it in.  I used an oblong Springform pan.
  4. Place a layer of sliced almond on the bottom of the pan (or any nut of your choice).
  5. Pour chocolate over the top.
  6. Place chocolate in the freezer to set.
  7. Once hardened, remove from pan or chocolate form and store in a sealed container in the fridge.

      Hi Anne,

I just went to the site and found the Almond Dark Chocolate Bar, clicked on it and it went right to the recipe. I am not sure why it wouldn’t appear on your end. Have you tried reloading your browser perhaps? Let’s start there I guess and see if we can figure this out. :)
