I have never felt the same freedom that I feel when I create recipes with raw ingredients as I did with cooked. To be honest, when I was cooking everything I ate, I never imagined that I could even attempt to make my own crackers, homemade wraps or heck even breads. Yeast scared the heck out me and gluten didn’t do my waistband any good. It was an automatic thing to just buy crackers or wraps. But preparing raw foods has really opened that door for me to really explore my creative side. All of these recipes are gluten free, dairy free and packed full of healthy ingredients!
