Food Comes First Series

Good morning (or whatever time of day this reaches you)!

Recently I was approached by Shawn Derise Madole Borup who asked me if I would be willing to be part of a new FREE online series called “Food Comes First… Simple Steps to Boost Energy, Save Time and Nourish Your Family.” Here are some of the speakers that she will be interviewing; Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Summer Bock, Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, Wardee Harmon, Robin Nielsen, Dr. Elisa Song, Tricia Nelson, Ari & Noah Meyerowitz (The Sprout Brothers), and others.  It’s designed to give people actionable strategies that they can use to get back in the kitchen to enjoy cooking (and eating) whole foods that are delicious AND of course nourishing for the entire family.

Please visit (https://foodcomesfirstseries.com/) where you can sign up to view the daily video interviews that she has lined up. My interview will is airing  March 1st so get some kale chips made, grab your favorite beverage, and snuggle down on the couch while you watch. If you know anyone within your circle-of-life who might benefit from this series, please share the link with them as well.

Now I need to share something very personal with you. I am frightened, scared stiff, terrified, petrified of being in front of a camera. Which is why you don’t typically see my face in photos or on camera. BUT this is a fear that I am downright fed up with! It holds me back from growing in directions that I know are fun and exciting. So, if you would… please say a little prayer for me. Ok, truthfully I would love a BIG prayer so I can conquer this with grace and ease. blessings and love, amie sue

    Hello Amie-Sue,
I understand you completely, but think of the people you are going to help eating better. You will be doing your good deed of the day. You’re the best and never forget it.
    Have a great day.😀

Thank you so much for the encouragement Jacinte. It is for the reason that I “show” up daily for Nouveauraw. :) As nervous as I may be the desire to help others is far stronger so I will and I can do this. :) hugs. Thanks again. amie sue

You will be a natural because you are passionate about food! Don’t think about the cameras and just have a conversation. If you love talking about food, this will be easy for you. After the first day you will realize the first step has been taken ( then you can breathe again!) and the other foot will follow. It will become more and more natural the more you do it. You will be awesome! Break a leg!

Thank you, Keira. It’s great to have support and encouragement. It seems to silly to be so camera shy but I have overcome other hindering obstacles… so now is the time to tackle this one. :) Just nice not to have to do it alone. I appreciate the kind words. hugs, amie sue
