Walnut Chocolate Crust

  • 1 cup raw walnuts, soaked & chopped
  • ¾ cup soft Mejool dates (pitted)
  • 4 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar
  • A pinch sea salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture sticks together when you pinch it between two fingers.
  3. Gently press dough into 7” Springform pan and set aside
