Walnut Chocolate Crust
- 1 cup raw walnuts, soaked & chopped
- ¾ cup soft Mejool dates (pitted)
- 4 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
- A pinch sea salt
- Mix all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture sticks together when you pinch it between two fingers.
- Gently press dough into 7” Springform pan and set aside
