Frosting is great for cleaning your fingers. How so? As an experiment, make a raw frosting, you will undoubtedly end up with frosting on your fingers which in return you will lick clean. Wha-la! Clean fingers! But seriously, frosting can take a cake, cookie, pie or bar to a whole new level. I love hosting parties and when I do I always make chocolate ganache and caramel frosting and use them as raw fondues. Everyone crowds around them dipping apple slices or cookies in them….sometimes they just dip their spoons in!
