This smoothie was delicious! It’s incredible how much the banana cuts out the flavor of the greens! By the time I added my ice to the blender, I had ended up with 44 oz!!! I can see that taking pictures is going to be a creative challenge because they so far, even though the ingredients differ some, they are all GREEN! :)

Blending fruits and vegetables break down the cells of plants and improves digestibility. BUT even with that, be sure to chew your smoothies. The chewing process starts the release of the saliva in your mouth. The mixture of saliva and your food is where digestion begins, so this is a very healthy habit to create. It may feel strange at first, but soon it will become an automatic response.
