Coconut Milk (using shredded coconut)

~ raw, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free ~ Nothing beats fresh, homemade coconut milk.  There are many ways to make it, so please be sure to check out my others postings just in case you don’t have any shredded coconut on hand.  Homemade is far richer in vitamins, food enzymes and nutrients than coconut milk from a can or box.
