Ingredients (directory, shopping, storing, etc)

When I started to curate this section, I had no idea that I had SO much to say about ingredients. The more I wrote, the more the information started pouring out me. First off, I created an Ingredient Directory. Refer to that list when you want to learn more about the ingredients I use in my recipes. Also, I want to take you shopping, to teach you how to navigate the store, how to select ripe produce, and what to do with it once you get home. Blessings, amie sue
