This recipe is a mashup of my raw Chocolate Chip Cookie with Ice Cream and the Raw Chocolate Ganache! You can use your favorite ice cream for this dessert. A nice vanilla, such as my Creamy Vanilla Bean Frozen Custard or as shown in the photos, the Raw-E-O Cookie Ice Cream.
Cookie on cookie!! The Raw-E-O Cookie Ice Cream has several steps, but you will have left over to eat as yet another dessert. You can always simplify this ice cream recipe and not make the cookies that go inside of it. Since this is recipe mashup, I am providing links that will take you to the full recipes for each component that I used. This mashup is just to inspire you to think outside the cookie and inside the skillet!
To start off, you will need to make some Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough…
Then whip up some Raw-E-O Cookie Ice Cream or your favorite ice cream.
Don’t forget the Chocolate Ganache Frosting!
Make your own raw chocolate chips!
Let the heavenly, ganache gods flow from the skies above…
Looks around, “Well, darn, I better taste test this to make sure it is edible!”
Just one bite… that is all that I will need…
OK, maybe two… but that is IT!
Darn, that is tasting amazing, it tastes like…like… hmm, just one more bite…
I might as well take one more bite, leaving exactly half, so it looks “cleaner.”
Yea, yea, that’s the ticket! “Cleaner.”
Oops, let me even it out just a tad more….
Geese, at this point, I might as well finish it off… “all or noffin?”
My mama said that I should always clean my…skillet. :)
That confirms our taste test today… I need a tall glass of almond milk and a nap!
Thank goodness, there is one left for Bob. :)
Wow. This looks amazing!!!!! Thank you for getting back at me so quickly! This looks truly amazing. I am excited to try it out!
You betcha! Night night Brenda :)
Amy Sue you’re THE BOMB! The pictures are driving me crazy!!! SO YUMMMMM! What else can I say, except that Bob is a very lucky man!
Awe thank you Charmaine. hehe I must admit… I am the lucky one. :) Have a wonderful day, amie sue
Oh my word! Chocolate chip cookies are my weakness and this looks absolutely heavenly. Chocolate sauce AND Chocolate chip cookie with ice cream to boot. I am in love…..again.
We need a dozen roses for the occasion. hehe
:)
Hello Amie Sue,
I found your site so interesting; love your recipes but I am wondering if it would be possible to get the nutrition facts in each one of them.
Thanks.
Hello Patricia,
I am sorry but I don’t do all the nutritional data on my recipes. Many of them are hard to do specially when using nut pulps and such. There are recipe calculators on-line if you wish to plug the ingredients into them to see what a certain recipe is. Maybe in time, I will do this. Have a great evening, amie sue
All I can say is: “OMG!~”
I second that. hehe
What a special one of a kind desert you’ve created here…my goodness each part of this recipe as a stand alone treat would be amazing enough, let alone what they would be like when combined all together. I am just in awe…reading your recipes and all that post makes me see what is truly possible and it is incredible…you are incredible. Thank you with much heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all that you share. I heart U! :)
Thank you Kathy… you are a dear heart :) I just love working in the kitchen and being able to share my passion is … well… it is just a blessing for me. Have a wonderful weekend. amie sue
Amie-sue…do you take recommendations or suggestions on new recipes? Seriously, only you seem capable of making some incredible recipes.
Good morning Andrew,
Do I take recommendations or suggestions on new recipes? Hit me! :) I am always open and ready to receive. Thank you for the kind words. Have a wonderful day, amie sue
I know its ambitious but I’ve been trying to look for a good eggplant parmesan and bread pudding dessert. Even without those you would still be astronomically amazing beyond reason. =)
lol…. those two dishes can be a tough challenge… but nothing is really impossible. It’s been soooo long since I have had either of them. Something to ponder upon. :) Have a great evening Andrew. amie sue
