MONTHLY MEMBERS ONLY – Refunds and Charges (please read)

Good afternoon my fellow health seekers! I hope this email finds you all well, strong, and healthy. We have had some illegal activity happening on Nouveauraw. Before I dive in, let me quickly state that your personal information (including credit card numbers) HAS NOT been compromised in any way. If you make your payments through PayPal… disregard this email because you were not affected.

There have been some criminals using my site to validate stolen credit card numbers. They did this by signing people up for monthly memberships to test the vitality of credit card numbers that they stole. If the payment went through, they knew they had an active credit to use in their other criminal activities.  This has led to a HUGE complicated mess on my end. For well over a month, we have been working with Stripe,  the credit card payment processing company, that we use to handle credit card payments from you.

Long story… shortened… Stripe tried helping us out on the situation and in ERROR, they refunded our paying members for the months of July and August. So, now, we have to go through our accounting and recharge those who were refunded by accident. I am mightily embarrassed to do this and I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause you.

    Congratulations on this new year which I hope will bring you much joy. I have been a subscriber to your site for a few years which is absolutely brilliant! Alas these last 2 years everything has become complicated as you know and I had to pay more attention to my finances. Your payment system per month made me additional bank charges (I live in France). I therefore canceled my subscription to Nouveauraw to my great regret. I would like to know if your site will also be free for people who have not had a subscription in recent months from March? Whatever your answer, enjoy this year!!! Hug. Natalie

      It was so good to hear from you. I am sorry to hear that you had to cancel your account due to the higher charge that accrues while living in France. The good news is that come March 1st, the site will be free to everyone! It won’t have anything to do as if you were once a member or not. No strings, no logins, no money… just enjoyment of the site.       It used to be a 14 day trial but Feb. is a transitional month in changing the site from membership to free, it gets complicated on my end to tie everything up. Thank you so much for leaving a message for me. Many blessings, amie sue
