As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, and even knowing it will eventually end, we’re all trying to figure out how to deal with our new reality. For over a decade, my site has been a home for raw, uncooked recipes, even though our own personal diets have also included cooked foods. With quarantines, closures, and physical distancing, home is, more than ever, the safest place to be. The silver lining in this is the opportunity to rediscover our kitchens and cultivate our skills and creativity with food.
In light of that, I have decided to share vegan cooked recipes, stripping them down to everyday foods that we may already have in our pantries. The recipes will be simple, delicious, and filled with nutrients which, now more than ever, our bodies need! I am a believer in teaching from the ground up, so whether you are new to cooking/food prep or a veteran in the kitchen…there should be something for everyone.
