You landed here because either you or someone you love has a true appreciation for all things chocolate. I can’t say that I am surprised. But what is surprising is that raw chocolate (cacao) can actually be a health food when enjoyed in moderation. It is high in antioxidants, increases serotonin as well as other neurotransmitters, and is rich in minerals. Raw chocolate making can be intimidating.
