I often get asked what I eat in a day or just flat out, “What do you eat!?” I won’t post every meal I eat, but I thought it would fun to share what a plate of whole foods looks like. My daily goal is to load my plate with nutritient-dense foods and making sure to eat a varied diet so I can get in all the nutrients my body requires.
