Non-dairy milks are a raw vegan staple. If you haven’t experienced freshly made milks, whether they are made from nuts, seeds, coconut, or even some grains… you are missing out. Boxed versions that you can find on the grocery store shelves are typically loaded with unnecessary ingredients and are void flavor. And that my friend is just a crime.
I don’t know a person that doesn’t enjoy ice cream. Oddly enough, I consumed more ice cream while living in Alaska then I ever did living in warmer climates. What’s up with that? During my heavy ice cream eating days, I never dreamed of making homemade ice cream… that didn’t happen until I started learning about the raw, whole food lifestyle.

I have been making veggie noodles since 2014. Once I started, I have never stopped. Everyone touted them as an excellent replacement for spaghetti noodles, but I think they are so much more than that.
