Keep Up with the Latest Posts

March 1st is literally around the corner and the site will be open to the public and you no longer will be logging in to enjoy your recipes.
In the meantime, we are busy working in the background. One thing that is in question (on our end) is the FAVORITES FEATURE that allows you to compile a list of your favorite recipes on the site. We are not positive if this feature can or will remain on the site once the change over happens.
So… if YOUR favorite list is important to you, please copy and paste the links to your computer. Once I find out more information I will let you know! Have a wonderfully happy day! amie sue

McGregor’s Flapjacks (pancakes)

It brings a welcomed complexity to my raw culinary experiences and causes me to expand my knowledge in fun and tasty ways.

Like all recipe requests, I use such recipes as an in-depth training tool. So be sure to click on the recipe link and be prepared to learn! blessings, amie sue

Medjool Dates – “King of Dates”

Members Only, Ingredient Directory, Where Our Food Comes From

Today I want to share about the famous large, soft, moist, Medjool date/palm tree. I call them famous because Medjool dates are one of the top fruits used in the raw culinary world for their health benefits, natural sweetness and binding qualities in recipes.  Did you know that Medjool dates are a FRESH FRUIT? Most people think of dates as a dried fruit, but they are actually harvested from the date palm, cleaned, sorted and packaged right away. There’s no processing and they’re never physically or chemically dried. So where do they come from? How do they grow? Let’s find out!
